Q: Can I book you for just a logo?
A: I don’t offer standalone logo design at this time. Every brand deserves more than just a pretty symbol—it needs a full identity. My packages are designed to give you a cohesive, elevated brand experience from the inside out.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: For all graphic design services and creative direction, full payment is required upfront. For content days, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due the day of the shoot.
Q: Can I book a shoot with you?
A: Photography will always be my first love, Currently, I'm not accepting photoshoot bookings as Bloom Visuals has fully transitioned into design, creative direction, and strategy. Thank you for understanding and continuing to grow with me.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: Because every design is made custom with care, all Bloom Visuals services are non-refundable. I pour intention into every project from the start, so please be sure of your choice before booking.
Q: How many revisions are included?
A: Each project includes 3 revisions. If you need more, no worries — you can always add additional revisions to your package.
